Forget Time Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Forget Time (the "App"), published by Desentrelizd LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Free trial
The App is fully functional for 30 days from the first time you open it, at no cost and without providing payment information. After the 30-day trial ends, continued use requires purchasing one of the plans below.
Plans
- Monthly — $3/month, auto-renewing subscription.
- Annual — $10/year, auto-renewing subscription.
- Lifetime — $30, one-time purchase, no recurring charge.
Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual)
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's App Store or Play Store account settings — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period, which remains active until it ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
Lifetime purchase
The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the App permanently on your account, with no recurring charge. It is non-refundable except where required by Apple's or Google's own refund policies, which are handled directly by Apple/Google, not by us — see Apple's refund policy or Google Play's refund policy.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option to recover an active subscription or lifetime purchase associated with your Apple ID / Google account, at no additional charge.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose (for example, as the sole record for payroll, tax, or legal purposes) — you're responsible for verifying any figures the App produces before relying on them for such purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Apple / Google standard terms
Unless we publish a separate End User License Agreement, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (if downloaded from the App Store) or by Google Play's Terms of Service (if downloaded from Google Play).
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
